Lana Anderson, the CEO for Brinkman–Bonnette Publishing is the latest target of a serial killer who has been murdering the firm’s celebrated authors, in exactly the same way their characters in their own novels are murdered.

When a handsome stranger kisses Lana then walks away, she finds her motors revving up full speed ahead. Her lips still burning from the memory of that kiss, she longs for more! The only problem is that she can't decide if she wants to kill him or kiss him!

Brett Colton just happens to be an undercover cop posing as a new author at the firm, though secretly he's been hired to protect Lana. Brett has no intention of getting involved
